Elevate stores only what it needs to run your campaigns. We never sell, share, or trade your data. You can request export or deletion at any time.
What we collect
Your Spotify profile (public info plus listener stats, read-only), your email address, your payment history with us, and any campaigns or creative assets you upload.
What we don't collect
We don't touch your Spotify password. We don't store credit card numbers — Stripe handles that. We don't track you across other websites.
Who sees it
The Elevate team, and the third-party services strictly needed to run the platform: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI agent), Meta (ad delivery), Vercel (hosting).
Your rights
Request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@elevate.music. We comply within thirty days, always.
This is a plain-English summary. A formal privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement will be published here before public launch.
